BRAND STORY
Brand Story
A vegetarian breakfast place in Tainan that grew from Shuixian Temple Market's daily greetings and Ohayo.
BRAND STORY
What kind of place is Zone Su?
Zone Su is a vegetarian breakfast and brunch café in Tainan's West Central District.
The Chinese character "種" (zhòng) evokes more than planting a tree—it is the idea of tucking something gentle into daily life.
We prefer not to pitch plant-forward food as something distant. Breakfast, a greeting, and small routines can quietly care for ourselves and everyday life.

HISTORY
How it started at Shuixian Temple Market
In the summer of 2011, Uncle Yang began a vegetarian breakfast stall at Shuixian Temple Market.
A simple "Ohayo" greeting slowly connected the current owner to this little shop. Daily hellos, food made to order, and conversations with guests became the memories that matter most.
Years later, as Uncle Yang prepared to retire, Zone Su inherited more than recipes and craft—it carried the warmth of the market, care for guests, and the wish to keep vegetarian breakfast going.
Start from the heart. For Zone Su, the brand story is not a slogan. It begins with breakfast, every day.
